Coaching Standard

Every Coach Earns Their Place On The Floor

Assistant coaches need a minimum of first-degree black belt and 200 supervised teaching hours. Head coaches hold third dan or higher plus coaching certification. Everyone re-certifies in first aid yearly and trains together every Friday — because coaches who stop learning stop teaching.
